This two bedroom and one bath unit sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed. A full size kitchen and living room are included for your convenience. New upgrades include high speed internet, free domestic long distance calling and expanded cable television. The surrounding property boasts an onsite laundry room, a 30 x 40 foot deck at poolside, heated pool, gas grill and picnic tables, perfect for sunbathing, barbecues, or simply enjoying the Florida evenings after a lazy day at the beach. The amenities provided will make your Anna Maria Island vacation a pleasant one while you enjoy a weekend getaway or an extended stay. This is a perfect venue to host a romantic beach wedding or a large family get together. The versatility and options offered by this twelve unit village are endless with the various room configurations. There is adequate parking available for boats and trailers. Three night rentals are available within sixty days of occupancy during the summer and fall months only. There is a one week minimum rental during the winter. Rentals of less than one week are calculated at a higher nightly rate.
