What a wonderful location to sit on your lanai with your morning coffee and watch the sunrise or enjoy the boat activity. The large kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, even an ice maker! There is a full size washer and dryer with an additional laundry tub as well as a gas grill onsite for your use. This unit also features a double garage. There is an elevator that will service the upper floor only. High speed internet with free domestic long distance calling is provided. Best of all is the close proximity to the beach.
