The Bay Blue Cottage downstairs unit, located at 303 23rd Street N in Bradenton Beach is a brand new bay front duplex with full and unobstructed views of the Intercoastal Waterway and a brand new heated pool. This lower unit consists of three bedrooms, two baths and a large open lanai facing the bay. It sleeps eleven with a king size bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. The third bedroom features a queen size bed as well as a twin bunk set in the third bedroom with an additional trundle mattress underneath. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The living room features a 50" flat screen television with DVD player and two of the bedrooms have televisions as well. The master bathroom features twin sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. What a wonderful location to sit on your lanai with your morning coffee and watch the sunrise or enjoy the boat activity. The large kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, even an ice maker! There is a full size washer and dryer with an additional laundry tub as well as a gas grill onsite for your use. This unit also features a double garage. There is an elevator that will service the upper floor only. High speed internet with free domestic long distance calling is provided. Best of all is the close proximity to the beach.
