General InformationThe Lynward Resort at 3007 and 3009 Avenue E in Holmes Beach is a hidden away treasure - just what everyone's looking for! Each of the four two bedroom one bath units is comfortably furnished and only steps from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A tropical, heated pool is just outside your door with a BBQ grill for your use. Each building features wireless internet access there are two washers and dryers onsite for your convenience. Each unit at Lynward will sleep six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Steps to the pool, steps to the beach and steps to shopping - what could be better? Lynward Resort is ideal for small weddings, family reunions and special events. The entire complex will easily accommodate 24 people. There is a three night minimum during summer and fall, one week minimum during the winter season. Rent all four units and receive a 10% discount in rent. Rent a week and also receive a $15.00 gift certificate to Peaches Restaurant as well as a free gift bag with assorted beach supplies as a special THANK YOU from the owners. Amenities
