General Information

The Beach House Resort #9, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a totally renovated gulf front complex close to shopping and restaurants. This building features a large, private 12' x 12' spa and spectacular beach views from every unit. Unit #9 has recently been repainted and features new living room furniture. It will sleep four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed and features such extras as a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a bedroom television, a DVD and VCR player as well as high speed internet with free domestic long distance calling, gas grill and onsite laundry room for your convenience. There is even a video library onsite for your use! This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways or for large family reunions. All nine units together will sleep 38 people. One small pet allowed with $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months and a three night minimum rental during summer and fall. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 60 days before arrival. Rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate. Parking is limited and restricted to one car per unit.
